BeltPro’s Primary Scrapers are designed to remove the bulk of material right at the conveyor system’s discharge point. Mounted directly onto the front of the head pulley, they feature a quick-release poly-composite blade for faster servicing and reduced maintenance.

BeltPro’s Secondary Scrapers act as the second line of defense, targeting the fine, sticky, or residual material that passes the primary scraper. Mounted just past the head pulley, they follow the belt’s direction, allowing them to glide safely over splices and imperfections
BeltPro Diagonal Plough Belt Scrapers
BeltPro’s Diagonal Plough Scraper is a simple yet effective solution for clearing debris from the return side of your conveyor belt. Designed for one-way material discharge, it efficiently ploughs carryback to either the left or right side. Featuring a stabilizer bracket for enhanced performance and a blade that follows the belt’s vertical movement, this scraper adapts easily to tough working conditions with minimal setup.
BeltPro V Plough Belt Scrapers
The V-Plough Scraper by BeltPro is fitted on the return belt near the tail pulley to prevent material from damaging the belt or pulley. Its V-shaped design automatically ploughs debris off both sides of the belt, while the self-adjusting swivel brackets allow the blade to adapt to belt movement without constant manual tensioning. A built-in safety roller prevents digging or belt damage, and the unit is designed for fast, bolt-free installation.
